Do not buy this cheap quality item. Not fun if partner gets tied with these and the only way to get out is to cut them off. The black, push-buttons do not depress far enough to easily loosen the cuffs. Since there are 2 loops per side, they get tangled and stop movement, not loosening enough to adjust correctly. Good thing they were inexpensive, so a couple of bucks is a lesson not costly. Now that you know, better to learn and pass them by.
